Bois de Vincennes

This rather curious wiki entry http://en.wikipedia(dot)org/wiki/Bois_de_Vincennes about the area makes me wonder.

"Originally a hunting preserve for the kings of France, it became a military exercise area after the French revolution. It was made into a public park by Napoleon III in 1860"

Was it ever a Templar location? If not then where was in the City?

Also how was the last GM transported to the place of execution at Square du Vert Galant, at the tip of the Island de la Cite......was he held at Quai de la rapée rozzers,a nearby Quay on the north bank of the Seine?

Was he executed at 0630 or 1830 hours,or at another time.

Any sources or basis of speculation would be appreciated.
