Hi Darkwater ..... yep , been there once .

I live in Innsbruck myself , although I am not an Austrian . Just live here for the last 15 years . Just applied for a job in Malta , Imagine living in a city like Valetta . Would have to get a Templar surcoat and chainmail and great helm for their marching day down there , just to show them that the Templars will not be forgotten !!! .... ..... wonder how that would go down :?:

Certainly is a beautiful country ..... just getting a little cheesed off with the rain these past few days .

*salutes*

Do the Templar's have a Marching Day?

Of the 5 great orders which make up our society, only the Orange Order, the Green order & the Blacks have marches. It is unknown to me for Red's or Blue order's to march or have a particular event?

No mate ..... the Templars dont march anymore , but the Knights of Saint John do !!!

I wonder what "they" would think on their marching day , when they turned a corner and saw a man standing there in full Templar regalia and a Beausant fluttering in the breeze ?

Might make page 3 !!! ..... Whatcha reckon ?

I would consider Knights of St John as a blue order by it's name? Free & accepted Masonry being freemasonry of st John....At one time the master mason of scotland would change his name to John if it were not that already.:)

Whereabouts do the knights of st John march & when?

Should be at least standard bearer for Templar?or maybe best kept*in hiding*?:)

They March in Malta , not sure of the day , but possibily national day , maybe September 8th being Malta's victory day .

I have seen pics of them in their ceramonial regalia marching on the web .

Do you think that a fluttering Beausant would stir it up a little ?

maybe 2 poor knights sharing a horse to give away the high & sublime principals upon which the Templars & all orders are based?
